A potential buyer drives to a home for sale.
Prompted by the RText™ property sign, he or she uses a cell phone to text
message the property's ID # (example: RTX21665)to 32075. A text message is immediately
returned to the potential buyer's phone with information about the home, including
all the info a listing brochure would normally display, such as:
- Property address
- Square footage
- Listing price
- Number of bedrooms & baths
- MLS number
- Short description
- Agent contact info
- Up to 10 photos via wireless web
The potential buyer is promted to request a
callback from the agent, view property photos via wireless web, or request an e-mail
brochure. The agent is then immediately notified via a text message & an e-mail
when someone requests an agent callback.RText™ captures the phone number of
every prospect. When a potential buyer requests a brochure, RText™ even captures
their email address, virtually eliminating any missed opportunities.
Call Capture IVR:
Although text messaging is one of America's
fastest growing technology trends, some potential home buyers still prefer familiar,
more conventional methods of obtaining information about properties for sale or
lease. Thus, RText™ has added an automated voice feature which allows anyone
to access detailed information about your property, regardless of his or her technical
experience. Potential buyers may now request property details by entering or speaking
the five-digit property code when they call the RText toll-free property information
hotline. Now, home buyers may listen to an automatically generated voice message
containing the same important details they would normally recieve through our text
messaging interface. As a bonus, the potential buyer may also choose to have a text
message with property details delivered to his or her cell phone by speaking a simple
command. The RText™ call capture feature also captures the phone number of
every prospect.
MLS Autopilot:
Duplicate entry of property data becomes tiresome
and frustrating for busy real estate agents. Thus, we have added an automatic listing
data retrieval system, "MLS Autopilot", which connects to your MLS service through
IDX and automatically updates your listing information and property photos within
our website. This function is currently available only to MLS companies in middle
Tennessee. However, our staff is working overtime to include all MLS companies throughout
the United States. Currently, agents who practice real estate outside of the middle
Tennessee area must custom enter the data for your listings manually. To stay tuned
